What can I say, the weather gods were smiling on us. It was a little humid, but we had some good cloud cover for the start and no rain. It was a great group with a steady pace. With a few short breaks, we kept our muscles warm and completed the Coosa Backcountry loop in 6 hours. We saw one baby snake, one glass salad bowl, pretty flowers, flowing streams and smiling faces. Thank you to every one for making it a great day.
