Write Up:
We started our hike with a purpose and that was to nail all 3 Mountains which we accomplished. Our group held a tight line on the trail, collecting hikers at all stops with great timing. (The inch worm effect)The hike picked up its pace as the trail went on. We had lunch on the log (compa!) on top of Coosa. We ran into a club member just before Calf Stomp Gap who was training for his Yosemite event. We also saw a Timber Rattler on the trail and Bear scat! I would like to congratulate Tony W on his first D-6 with the club. Finished the hike in good time followed by a post hike tailgate (compa) or in English dilly dilly !!
