Write Up:
Started out with a pretty good down pour on the first hour of hike. It went out as fast as it came in giving the forest a rebirth of aerosols. In the down pour I jumped out ahead to maybe see some forest animals but Randall already got the jump on me - he saw a young juvenile bear! We had a lot of junctions - Freeman trail was still there all outcrops and very technical heads up all hikers! The rest of the day was really kinda nice. Ran into Trena on the trail as we were leaving Walasi - Ti . We had lunch with one of the employees of the store( great stories). There is a little fall in the woods....The leaves are looking tired and the days are getting shorter. I will be doing winter hikes, those are actually my favorites. I want to thank Steve H. For driving and also my backup on the trail. Want to give that a boy to Randall G. Looks like we have a A.O.C. Hiker and also HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO NAHID ! Excited about The tour of the 17 miles of Kennesaw Property next Saturday!
