Write Up:
Well it's still winter out there, had a pretty good turnout considering the weather conditions . We experienced an exciting drive to Tate City -Tallulah was a raging river ready to bust over the banks at anytime. All creeks and streams were at full force! Also came with it were some technical fords! Trail conditions were sloppy with some blowdowns on the A/T but all doable. The group was sticking together like glue on the trail including all stops. In conclusion,no one had any falls or slips. Considering the conditions. I will always have this part of the Backcountry of Nantahala close to my heart. Can't wait to hit again. Thanks Stefan for passing the torch and giving me this experience to share for others.
