What an amazing day for celebrating the great outdoors together!  The record-setting mid-70s and blue skies made it easy to enjoy our 4-miles+ exploration of Emory's gorgeous parklands.  It was fun having newly active members Anne, Stefanie and Joe with us on their first-ever event with our fine Club - also it was a delight having Stephanie, Joe and Mary bring their nice canine companions to hike with us.
After we all returned safely to Hahn Woods after our advertised 2-hour hike around Lullwater Park and back, five of us car-caravaned just a couple of minutes eastward to W. S. Thomson Park (on Mason Mill Rd) where we enjoyed an extra half-hour together hiking the gorgeous wooded trails there.  Thanks to Mary for guiding us this convenient "balmy-winter-day bonus!" - Submitted by Charlie
