Great hike at Sweetwater Creek today...according to Strava, we got in 9.5 miles, 1,189 feet in elevation, with a moving time of about 3 hours.  The day started off chilly, but we warmed up quickly in the sun.  The rapid at the end of the Red Trail was extra spectacular due to the recent rains. 

Thanks so much to Diana for letting me co-lead a hike with you!  You kept us on track and we made it back safely.   it was nice to meet Zizi and hope to see her again, even thought she is a D4, D5 kind of girl!  Luz was fast as ever!  I really appreciate you both joining me on my second co-lead hike and hope you weren't disappointed!  Thank you both!
