It was a beautiful morning to be on the water. Seven paddlers met early at the Old Rope Mill Park applied sunscreen and hit the water. We stopped by the water falls and then continued to the beginning of Noon Day Creek. The river greeted us with multiple great blue heron sittings, an osprey, sunbathing turtles and ample jumping fish. We finished the paddle with a glide down the past the old mill.
