Our group of hikers had a great time today checking out Sandy Spring's newest trail called "Springway." A new and scenic section of it along Orkin Lake recently opened to the public. It has an impressive new boardwalk around the lake. We also hiked around Morgan Falls Overlook Park - which includes both paved trails and trails through wooded areas. This hike also included scenic views of Bull Sluice Lake and the Chattahoochee River. We had a fun group! After the hike, some of us met at the Sandy Springs Diner for breakfast. We shared a lot of laughs and had a great time!
