Write Up:
We started a little earlier to beat the rain. We saw a black bear baby cub on our drive to the trailhead. Hike started off hot/humid, then cold/raining, then hot/buggy. Despite the weather challenges, everyone enjoyed the hike to Rocky Top. Hike followed Anthony Creek and then was a steady climb and then more steep to the top. Unfortunately there was too much wind for us to enjoy our lunch break at the top. We did get a brief view of the mountains. Definitely want to do this hike again.
