We did introductions in the parking lot. It was warm and muggy. We zigged and zagged along the trails ending up at the 1900 Paper Mill, stopping for a brief history. We then headed for the 1840 Paper Mill. Once again stopping to talk about the history of the mill. From there we passed Sibley Pond and zigged and zagged along the trails again until we returned to Sibley Pond and the parking lot. I almost forgot. About a half a mile from the end of the hike, I stopped abruptly about 18” from a copperhead crossing the trail.
