Write Up:We had a great morning creating new trails at Akers Mill and moving timber to fill the old trails that had been turned into gullies by rainwater. It was hard work, but a lot of fun. A big thanks to Fred who showed up and did a great job! Our help was really needed as there were only 10 people working this day. We met new people and were reacquainted with park staff from previous trail maintenance work days. It was a good morning spent with good people and we left with a good feeling of accomplishment! : )
