Write Up:
I hope everyone enjoyed this hike as much as I did. We had a great group and warm but still pleasant weather. The mountain laurel and rhododendron were in bloom and near the top we often walked through a tunnel of them. The slower D4 pace allowed for more talking and time to stop, take pictures and just enjoy the scenery. I hope to see everyone again on a future hike.
