Thank you to the 9 folks that came out last night to ride at the Silver Comet.   We started at 6:00 at the Silver Comet Bike Depot and had fun meeting one another.  We made sure all the tires were pumped up and we hit the trail.   Our group maintained a good pace with about 13 miles per hour.   "Kudos" to the the one's that road mountain bikes out there.  Way to keep up with the rest of the group.  The treads on the tires sometimes slow people down but everyone did fantastic.  We rode about 7 miles until we reached the next bathroom stop and turned around.  Night time can catch up with people on the Comet, so I want to make sure we didn't get stuck in the dark.  We made it back to our cars around 7:30.   Everyone seemed to enjoy one another and I want to do this trip again soon! The weather is getting cooler and it is nice to get out on the bike.  Thank you again to all who came out to ride.  -Ashley Witter-
