The skies were sunny and bright, the weather unusually hot and humid, the members wonderful (they always are), the hike fantastic.  Then, the rains came!  Thunder, lightning, a torrential downpour.  We got wet! Drenched, as a matter of fact!  Then, we drove home in a hailstorm.  It doesn't get better than that!
