Was it cold alright, but the hike and some sunshine made up the difference.  We even saw members of the Boy Scout doing maintenance on the trail. Some of the photos will show a large crowd walking along with our AOC hikers.  Yes, we talked about nutrition, and sources of Triglycerides (the transformation of calories into fat in the blood).  Of course, we stopped at the Ivy Creek Dam and the water are still flowing nicely that we had to have those photoshoots.  Oh of course, how could I not say "thank you" for wearing Red, especially Stan's crisp red scarf - thank you and see you soon guys!
