Today was the perfect day to be back hiking in the CRNRA parks after the shut down. The trails were glad to receive us. Nature was in its full glory. The creek was gushing with water. We spotted a heron and later I happened to see a turtle as well. The hike started off with cooler weather and by the time we were done, the sun was out, and the skies were bluer than ever. It was great to hike with everyone :) thank you for coming :)
