A most pleasant stroll this morning through this beautiful preserve, smack dab in the middle of Sandy Springs. We had just six folks, but three were new to me, two of them being either a brand new member or an almost brand new member. Welcome to the AOC, Donna and Yoon! A pleasure meeting you both, and Bob as well. The trails were lush and quiet, and we had the park to ourselves for our one hour walk. When we passed the big log (Divya's log), I mentioned that Divya climbed onto that log for a photo during her very first hike with me, it didn't take much convincing for Michael, Yoon, Bob, and Allston to follow suit. Unfortunately, the photos won't be available until my computer gets out of the shop.~Joyce
