Wow what a beautiful morning for taking it easy at Yellow River Park today.  We had perfect weather and a wonderful little group of folks to walk and chat with.  The pace was a fairly steady stroll which paused for the occasional photo or quick water break.  We covered exactly three miles in exactly 90 minutes.  The Yellow River appeared to be very low in spite of all the rain of late.  All in all a wonderful morning out.  Lunch after at the Metro Diner was very good and no one left hungry.  After al,l we burned those calories earlier, so why not?
