5 adventerous AOCers headed up to Blue Ridge for a great day of Stand-Up Paddleboarding.  After getting set up with the outfitter we headed to the upper section of Blue Ridge Lake where we paddled up river to some shoals and then made our way back.  It turned out to be a beautiful day and even though there was a chance of rain and thunderstorms, we only got a few sprinkles and the storms didn't roll in until we were on our way home.

Last year was my first time doing SUP and it was a very memorable day for Heidi and I so we were looking forward to a return trip this year and expect it to be at least an annual event.
