Have you ever wanted to challenge yourself, really challenge yourself within one day’s daylight time to

  1. Trek 30+ miles with 8,000+ feet climbing;
  2. Add a new form of endurance training to your fitness program;
  3. Burn out massive amount of calories;
  4. Practice and train for any Ultra event.

This GA-AT Ultra 50K may be the answer; and it’s free for every AOC member.

<<< Distance, Ascent, Pace >>>

Distance is 32 miles, elevation gain is 8,370 feet, and the estimated time is 12 hours. There is plenty of time if we just maintain a min. pace of 2.7 mph. There is no cut-off time, we can take as much time as we want.

The faster we finish, the deeper we breathe, the more calories we burn.
